Sterlite Technologies' board approved issuing 4.53 Cr convertible warrants to promoter Twin Star Overseas at Rs 110 each, raising Rs 498.30 Cr. Shareholder approval for this and AOA changes will be sought at an EGM on March 4, 2026. Each warrant converts into one equity share.
