    Hi-Tech Pipes board approved Q3 & 9M FY26 consolidated results. Revenue hit ₹1069.59 Cr (Q3) / ₹2719.72 Cr (9M), with PAT at ₹17.39 Cr (Q3) / ₹58.57 Cr (9M). Also, a non-compete deal with Hi-Tech Flow Solutions was signed, demarcating pipe manufacturing businesses.
