    Windsor Machines allotted 7.37 lakh shares worth ~Rs 25 Cr to acquire 59.52% in Unitech. The board also proposed selling its Vatva plant and increased Rajkot plant's CapEx limit from Rs 165 Cr to Rs 225 Cr for expansion.
