Simplex Castings has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. Quarterly revenue from operations stood at ₹47.53 Cr, with a profit of ₹4.76 Cr, and EPS of ₹6.33. For the nine-month period, revenue was ₹148.14 Cr, profit ₹15.08 Cr, and EPS ₹20.05. The board also greenlit a plan to raise up to ₹50.15 Cr through a preferential issue of equity shares, priced at ₹494 per share, pending shareholder approval. An EGM will be held on March 2, 2026, to vote on these proposals and reappoint M/s M D N & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY26-27.
