Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited — PPTs, 07-02-2026: Investor Presentation
Ratnamani Metals & Tubes reported a mixed Q3 2025-26. Consolidated revenue dipped to ₹1,065.83 Cr (down 19% YoY), but PAT saw a slight rise to ₹135.38 Cr, boosted by strong performances from its bearing rings (Ravi Technoforge) and pipe spooling (Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions) subsidiaries. Standalone revenue fell 39% to ₹794.33 Cr due to lower project execution and subdued carbon steel demand, though the stainless steel division grew 5%. EBITDA margins improved across the board.
The company is aggressively expanding, with ongoing projects including increasing CSAW pipe capacity to 75,000 MT and a new 100,000 MT HSAW spiral pipe facility. Subsidiaries are also scaling up, with RFSS quadrupling spool manufacturing capacity supported by a ₹500 Cr order book.
Management noted a softer operating environment but emphasized successful cost management and improving order inquiries. They anticipate gaining traction from the next quarter, projecting sustainable growth moving forward.
