LKP Securities has approved the incorporation of LKP Investments (DIFC) Limited, a new wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai. This subsidiary will engage in financial services and wealth management, specifically marketing and sales of securities, investment products, and corporate finance globally. This strategic expansion aims to enhance the company's global investment advisory and corporate finance business, allowing it to offer a broader range of products to clients worldwide. LKP Securities will subscribe to 100% of its initial share capital with an investment of up to Rs. 2.50 crore.
