For the quarter, the company reported a total income from operations of ₹0.43 Cr. It posted a net loss after tax of ₹0.59 Cr, with total comprehensive income at ₹3.04 Cr. Earnings per share stood at (₹1.92). The paid-up equity share capital was ₹3.04 Cr. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. The company has adopted Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) from April 1, 2019.
