    M&B Engineering's Board approved Q3 & 9M FY26 consolidated financial results. Q3 revenue rose 7.1% YoY to ₹351.51 Cr, with PAT up 43.8% to ₹25.49 Cr. 9M revenue grew 32.8% to ₹896.02 Cr & PAT 35.3% to ₹65.64 Cr. Also approved postal ballot for ESOP Plan 2024 ratification.
