    Cholamandalam Financial Holdings' board approved Q3 & nine-month financial results. Consolidated PAT for the quarter surged to ₹1,386 Cr (+27% YoY), while nine-month PAT reached ₹3,860 Cr (+14% YoY). The board also approved reclassifying Algavista Greentech from promoter to public shareholder.
