    Cholamandalam Financial Holdings reported strong Q3 consolidated PAT, up 27% to Rs. 1,386 Cr. Nine-month PAT grew 14% to Rs. 3,860 Cr. Subsidiary CIFCL's AUM jumped 20% to Rs. 2,27,770 Cr. The board also approved a promoter group reclassification to public shareholder status.
