Apollo Micro Systems delivered its highest-ever quarterly and nine-month revenue. For the nine months ending December 2025, consolidated revenue jumped 53% YoY to ₹611.1 Cr, with profit after tax (PAT) up 67% to ₹70.6 Cr. Q3 consolidated revenue soared 70% to ₹252.2 Cr. The company holds a robust order book of ₹1305 Cr.
Driving 'Atmanirbhar Bharat', Apollo acquired IDL Explosives for ₹107 Cr, becoming a fully integrated Tier-1 defence OEM, expanding its manufacturing and product portfolio. A ₹300 Cr greenfield expansion will increase capacity by 12x. The strategy focuses on securing large, complex orders, strengthening R&D (₹100 Cr allocated for FY26), and global market expansion.
Apollo successfully indigenized various weapons, including Multi-Influence Ground Mines and Anti-Submarine Warfare Rockets. It also secured a license for defence explosives (HMX, TNT) and developed homing systems for heavy torpedoes. Post-acquisition, a ₹421 Cr order was secured from Coal India. Management expects core business revenue CAGR of 45-50% over three years, driven by a strong order book and new product production, with another acquisition planned this fiscal.
