RDB Real Estate Constructions Ltd — Important, 09-02-2026: Company Update

RDB Real Estate Constructions' board has approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months. The company also announced the allotment of 6.25 Cr equity shares to promoter group entities after converting warrants. This conversion generated Rs. 40.85 Cr for the company. With this latest allotment, a total of 9.025 Cr warrants have now been converted into equity shares out of the 1.783 Cr initially issued. The company's paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 26.30 Cr. Approximately 8.805 Cr warrants remain outstanding for future conversion.
