Artemis Medicare Services delivered strong Q3 FY26 results with consolidated revenue of INR 272 Cr (+17.2% YoY), EBITDA of INR 52 Cr, and PAT of INR 22 Cr (+7.9% YoY). 9M FY26 revenue hit INR 802 Cr (+15.1% YoY). Gurugram occupancy stood at 62%, while international patient revenue significantly grew 34.9%.

Management is entering an aggressive expansion phase, aiming for 2,000+ beds by 2029. The board has agreed to a INR 700 Cr fundraise to fuel this growth, funding new projects like the 300-bed Raipur hospital (operational April-May 2026) and a 650-bed South Delhi facility (operational 2029). The company anticipates improved occupancy and margins, reflecting a confident growth outlook.
