Mahindra Lifespace partners with Mitsui Fudosan in a JV for a Bengaluru residential project. The project transfers to subsidiary MBLDL for up to 100 Cr. Mahindra Lifespace will sell 49% MBLDL stake to Mitsui for 1.225 Cr. Both to infuse 230.30 Cr (51:49 ratio) via rights issue for funding, boosting project focus.
