    Sumit Woods' Board approved consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 (Revenue Rs 11.42 Cr, Net Profit Rs 1.06 Cr) and 9M FY26 (Revenue Rs 66.53 Cr, Net Profit Rs 4.68 Cr). Mrs. Kavita Nemlekar (wife of a WTD) appointed Director, replacing Mr. Subodh Nemlekar who resigned.
