Gravita India has inked a deal to acquire up to 100% of Rashtriya Metal Industries Ltd. (RMIL) for a maximum of INR 565 Cr. This strategic move significantly expands Gravita's capabilities, marking its entry into the copper recycling business. RMIL, an established copper & copper alloy products manufacturer with robust exports and FY22-25 average turnover of ~732Cr, brings a strong legacy and diversifies Gravita's portfolio.
