Gravita India signs term sheet to acquire Rasthriya Metal Industries for ~565 Cr. RMIL, a copper products manufacturer, reported 910 Cr turnover and 60 Cr EBITDA (past year). This expands Gravita into copper, increasing non-lead business and creating synergies.
