BSE Limited — Board Meeting, 09-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

BSE's Board approved Q3 consolidated net profit of ₹596.59 Cr and nine-month net profit of ₹1,679.83 Cr. Sanjay Jain was appointed as the new Chief Risk Officer, effective April 1, 2026. The board also gave in-principle approval for the merger of subsidiaries BSE Investments and BSE Administration with BSE Technologies.
