Bijoy Hans Limited is updating the terms for a preferential issue of equity shares to Tec-Pool Solutions Private Limited (TPSPL). The company had previously approved issuing up to 1 Crore equity shares at ₹12.50 each, totaling ₹12.50 Cr. After a detailed re-evaluation of TPSPL's valuation, a minor computational difference was identified. The company will now issue 9,999,879 equity shares, a marginal reduction of 121 shares.
