Lords Chloro Alkali Limited — PPTs, 09-02-2026: Investor Presentation
Lords Chloro Alkali (LCAL) delivered robust Q3 & 9M FY26 financial results. Q3 total income climbed 43.64% YoY to Rs 94.11 Cr, with EBITDA up 60.30% to Rs 10.88 Cr, and Profit After Tax surging 263.96% to Rs 4.61 Cr. For 9M, total income grew 53.90% to Rs 295.35 Cr, EBITDA surged 239.28% to Rs 52.66 Cr, and PAT jumped 573.53% to Rs 24.10 Cr.
LCAL is aggressively pursuing a "Green Chemical Company" strategy. A core focus is slashing power costs (which were 51% of FY25 costs, now down to 42% in 9M FY26) by expanding renewable energy, targeting 40-45% renewables. Downstream integration, through expanding Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW) capacity from 50 TPD to 100 TPD by FY27, also boosts value creation.
Recent wins include commissioning a 16 MW solar plant and expanding caustic soda capacity to 300 TPD. Management acknowledges temporary Q3 cost pressure from higher grid tariffs but expects stronger margins from FY27, driven by a new 21 MW solar plant due by March 2026. Future capex of Rs 165 Cr (FY26-28) will further expand caustic soda, add more solar, and introduce sulphuric acid, aiming for efficiency and diversified growth. #LCAL #Chemicals #GreenEnergy
