    Sheetal Universal's board approved a ₹29.82 Cr fundraise via 14.20 lakh convertible warrants at ₹210/share, targeting promoters and non-promoters. Authorised capital will also increase from ₹12 Cr to ₹13 Cr. Shareholder approval is awaited.
