Sheetal Universal Limited — Board Meeting, 09-02-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sheetal's board approved increasing authorized capital from Rs 12 Cr to Rs 13 Cr. They also plan to raise up to Rs 29.82 Cr through a preferential issue of 14.2 lakh warrants at Rs 210 each. An EGM will be held for shareholder approval.
