Jyoti CNC Automation Limited — Results, 10-02-2026: Integrated Filing- Financial

Jyoti CNC Automation reported strong Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations at ₹575.90 Cr, a 28.1% jump YoY. For the nine months, revenue reached ₹1,493.97 Cr, up 20.3% YoY.

Net profit for the quarter rose 10.3% YoY to ₹88.51 Cr, with EPS at ₹3.89. For the nine-month period, net profit hit ₹245.43 Cr, an 18.5% YoY increase, and EPS stood at ₹10.79.

Robust revenue growth in the machine tool sector was evident. However, total expenses climbed 28.6% YoY for the quarter, driven by higher material, employee, and finance costs, which moderated profit growth relative to revenue.

These results showcase strong underlying financial momentum, though rising operational costs are a key factor to watch.
