Edelweiss will divest its majority stake in Nido Home Finance. Buyers (Carlyle Group affiliate & Aditya Puri family) will invest ~INR 2,100 Cr for a ~73% stake. Nido, contributing 520.63 Cr income and 828.2 Cr net worth to Edelweiss last year, will no longer be a subsidiary.
