Samvardhana Motherson International reported record Q3 revenue of Rs 31,409 Cr (+14% YoY) and PAT of Rs 1,061 Cr (+21% YoY), driven by organic growth and M&A. Two new Greenfields were announced in Morocco & Pune. The Aerospace business grew 41%, and net leverage was maintained at 1.1x.
