RNFI Services announced its Q3 & nine-month results for Dec 31, 2025. Consolidated net profit hit INR 9.53 Cr for the quarter. Subsidiaries gained RBI approval for 6 new RNFI Money branches and IRDAI approval for 2 new Reliassure branches, boosting expansion. IPO & Preferential issue funds are on track.
