Kinetic Engineering Ltd — Important, 10-02-2026: Company Update

Kinetic Watts & Volts Ltd. (KWV), the EV arm of Kinetic Group, has secured approval for benefits under the Maharashtra EV Policy. This entitles KWV to an approximate incentive of ₹42 crore, phased over ten years, linked to an investment of around ₹70 crore. This significant support will accelerate KWV's strategy for local manufacturing, including robotics-led production and in-house battery assembly in Maharashtra. It aims to strengthen the Kinetic DX EV's scale-up, expand dealer networks, and enhance supply-chain resilience, making it crucial for the company's growth in the electric vehicle market.
