A-1 Limited released its financial results for the quarter and nine-month period, which were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board. For the quarter, revenue from operations was 69.81 Cr, and profit after tax was 0.96 Cr. For the nine-month period, revenue stood at 197.64 Cr, with profit after tax of 1.63 Cr. The company also increased its stake in EV manufacturer A-1 Sureja Industries from 45% to 51%, making it a subsidiary. A 3:1 bonus share issue and a stock split from Rs. 10 to Re. 1 face value were also approved to boost shareholder value.
