Chambal Fertilisers reported strong Q3 FY26 standalone results with operating income up 20% YoY to ₹5,898.3 Cr and net profit rising 12% YoY to ₹564.5 Cr. For the first nine months, operating income grew 27% YoY to ₹18,008.6 Cr, and net profit increased 16% YoY to ₹1,804.3 Cr.
Growth in Crop Protection Chemicals (CPC) and Speciality Nutrients (SN) was significant, with biologicals revenue up 58% YoY for 9M FY26. Urea volumes were lower due to an unscheduled plant stoppage.
The company is strategically diversifying into industrial chemicals, with its Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) plant now 92.65% complete. Chambal launched 5 new CPC products in Q3 and plans to introduce 13 more in FY27, focusing on high-value crops and sustainable agriculture. Favorable rainfall supported early Rabi sowing, boosting agricultural prospects.
