Adani Enterprises Limited — JV/Acquisition, 10-02-2026: Acquisition

Adani Enterprises (AEL), through its subsidiary Adani Road Transport, has completed acquiring a 51% stake in D P Jain TOT Toll Roads Private Limited (DPJ TOT). The deal values DPJ TOT at an enterprise value not exceeding INR 1,342 crore, paid in cash. This strategic move expands AEL's footprint in the road infrastructure development industry. DPJ TOT operates a significant toll road section on NH-27 in Gujarat. This acquisition adds a company with recent annual turnovers of INR 122-147 crore, reinforcing AEL's presence in a growing sector. Future acquisition of the remaining stake is planned.
