Karnataka Bank's Q3 FY26 results show steady growth in key areas. Gross Advances grew 5% QoQ to ₹77,283 Cr, while Total Deposits rose 1% QoQ to ₹1,04,112 Cr. CASA deposits saw a healthy 3% QoQ increase to ₹32,829 Cr, pushing the CASA ratio to 31.53%. Asset quality improved, with Gross NPA at 3.32% (down 1 bps QoQ) and Net NPA at 1.31% (down 4 bps QoQ). Net Interest Income (NII) climbed 8.8% QoQ, leading to a Net Interest Margin (NIM) of 2.92% (up 20 bps QoQ). However, Profit After Tax (PAT) dipped 8.9% QoQ to ₹291 Cr.

The Bank is accelerating its digital transformation, focusing on a "Digital First" strategy and data-driven decision making. Recent initiatives include launching Supply Chain Finance, a Gold Loan renewal module, and pre-approved Personal Loans. Its updated KBL Mobile Plus app enhances customer experience. Strategic priorities include optimizing funding costs, managing operating expenses, and targeting improved ROA (1.1-1.2%) and NNPA (1-1.2%). The bank continues to emphasize growth in Retail, Agriculture, and MSME sectors through expansion and digital partnerships.
