The Bank is accelerating its digital transformation, focusing on a "Digital First" strategy and data-driven decision making. Recent initiatives include launching Supply Chain Finance, a Gold Loan renewal module, and pre-approved Personal Loans. Its updated KBL Mobile Plus app enhances customer experience. Strategic priorities include optimizing funding costs, managing operating expenses, and targeting improved ROA (1.1-1.2%) and NNPA (1-1.2%). The bank continues to emphasize growth in Retail, Agriculture, and MSME sectors through expansion and digital partnerships.
