Windsor Machines completed its Rs 42 Cr acquisition of Unitech Workholding Systems, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This enhances Windsor's market presence and "Tooled Solutions" offerings, integrating Unitech's manufacturing capabilities. Unitech's FY25 turnover was Rs 15.20 Cr.
