Windsor Machines signed an MOU to sell its Vatva industrial plots and factory building for Rs. 147.50 Cr to Lloyds Engineering Works. This divestment follows the shift of manufacturing to its new Rajkot plant. Proceeds will fund the Rajkot setup, expansion, and general corporate purposes.
