Apollo Hospitals' subsidiary acquired Belenus Champion Hospitals for 165 Cr, making it a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary. Belenus's 125-bed Bangalore hospital will be upgraded to 175 beds for a total project cost of 300 Cr, expanding hospital presence.
