    CADSYS Board saw key leadership changes: Company Secretary Praneeth Kumar and Independent Director Sai Sreedhar Sangineni stepped down. Anusha Gowni was appointed as the new Company Secretary. The Board also approved re-appointment of internal auditors and appointment of a secretarial auditor.
