CIC Housing Finance saw strong nine-month loan sanctions (+28% to 1777 Cr) and disbursements (+27% to 1613 Cr). However, Profit After Tax declined 19% to 101 Cr, driven by a 204% surge in NPA provisions and a higher Gross NPA ratio of 4.24%.
