JAYSYNTH ORGOCHEM has announced a board meeting where it approved its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Standalone total income for the quarter stood at 64.63 Cr with a net profit after tax of 2.45 Cr. Consolidated total income reached 65.40 Cr, yielding a net profit after tax of 2.33 Cr. Importantly, the board approved redeeming 6 crore, 2% preference shares, amounting to 6 Cr, to be completed by March 31, 2026, using accumulated profits. The company also made a 1.02 Cr provision reflecting the impact of new labour codes.
