Surya Roshni Limited — Results, 11-02-2026: Integrated Filing- Financial

Surya Roshni reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1927.49 Cr, up 3.19% YoY. Growth was led by Lighting & Consumer Durables (up 5.54% YoY) and moderate performance in Steel Pipe & Strips (up 2.39% YoY).

Net profit for the quarter declined by 11.41% YoY to Rs 79.69 Cr. Basic EPS also saw a similar drop to Rs 3.66, down from Rs 4.13 last year.

While revenue edged up, higher finance costs (up significantly from Rs 4.57 Cr to Rs 7.10 Cr YoY) and increased employee benefits expense weighed on profitability. Cost of materials consumed as a percentage of revenue slightly improved.

The quarter presented mixed financial momentum, with modest revenue growth offset by a notable decline in profit.
