SJVN's Board approved consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26: Revenue ₹1,081.97 Cr, Profit ₹224.31 Cr. Declared ₹1.15/share interim dividend. Plans to raise up to ₹1,000 Cr via debentures. Also commissioned Bikaner Solar Project & a Buxar Thermal unit.
