    Salzer Electronics' board has approved Q3 consolidated revenue of ₹424.20 Cr and PAT of ₹12.39 Cr. For the nine-month period, revenue was ₹1,284.24 Cr and PAT ₹42.67 Cr. The board also re-appointed MD Mr. R. Doraiswamy and appointed Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy as CFO.
