Talbros Automotive Components delivered a solid Q3 FY26, with total income up 8% YoY to ₹ 220.4 Cr and profit after tax (PAT) jumping 14.2% to ₹ 27.2 Cr. For 9M FY26, total income grew 2.2% to ₹ 647.9 Cr, with PAT up 6.9% to ₹ 72.5 Cr. Growth was primarily driven by the Gasket & Heat Shield (+12% in Q3), Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems (+25% in Q3), and Talbros Marugo Rubber (+25% in Q3) divisions.
The company secured significant new orders exceeding ₹ 1,000 Cr, to be executed over the next five years starting FY27. These include ₹ 700 Cr for exports and ₹ 100 Cr for the EV segment, alongside a new major European customer for forgings. TACL is strategically expanding its European footprint, leveraging strong engineering and cost efficiency.
A new joint venture, Lohum Talbros Carbon, marks an entry into the ESG-advantaged market for recovered carbon black and devulcanized rubber, commencing operations from July 2026. Planned capex of ₹ 16 Cr for Q4 FY26 and ₹ 162 Cr for FY27 underlines future growth initiatives.
