Century Enka reported mixed Q3 FY26 results: Operating revenue stood at INR 412 Cr (down 17% YoY), but EBITDA rose 50% YoY to INR 41 Cr, with PAT up 69% YoY to INR 24 Cr, reflecting improved margins. Demand for the tyre cord segment strengthened post-GST cuts, with Q4 volumes expected to improve further. Filament yarn demand was weak in Q3 but is anticipated to recover in Q4. Management noted continued margin pressure from cheap imports, though an anti-dumping duty application for nylon filament yarn is in its final stages. Polyester Tyre Cord Fabric (PTCF) approval is progressing, targeting commercial sales in FY27. The company is focused on efficiency and expanding renewable energy capacity to control costs. The outlook is cautiously optimistic on demand recovery and new product avenues.
