Innomet's Board appointed Ms. Sanjna Chowdary Chilakapati as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director. Following a director's resignation, the Board also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees, with Ms. Chilakapati joining two of these key committees.
