Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Q3 PAT was ₹2.62 Cr (EPS ₹2.08), and 9M PAT was ₹9.75 Cr (EPS ₹7.73). An Internal Auditor was also appointed for FY25-26.
