    Board approved Q3 & nine-month financial results. Consolidated revenue reached Rs 424.20 Cr, with PAT at Rs 12.70 Cr. Mr. R. Doraiswamy was re-appointed MD for three years. Mr. Raman Krishnamoorthy joined as the new CFO; Mr. D. Rajesh Kumar continues as JMD.
