Hindustan Unilever Limited — PPTs, 12-02-2026: Investor Presentation
HUL delivered a competitive DQ'25, with 6% revenue growth, 5% Underlying Sales Growth, and 4% Underlying Volume Growth. Home Care achieved its highest-ever market share, while Beauty & Wellbeing and Foods segments also showed solid performance.
The company is focused on volume-led growth through radical consumer segmentation and building modern brands, exemplified by the new TRESemmé Hydra Matrix range. Strategic initiatives include optimizing frontline sales and doubling down on high-growth areas such as D2C and Kissan's entry into chutneys. Significant portfolio transformation is underway, with Minimalist & Oziva showing strong growth and the Ice Cream business being divested.
Financially, turnover reached ₹16,235 Cr. EBITDA grew 3% to ₹3,788 Cr, with profit (before one-offs) at ₹2,562 Cr (+1%). Reported profit surged 121% to ₹6,603 Cr, largely due to a one-off gain from the Ice Cream demerger.
Management noted early signs of demand recovery, anticipating a stronger FY'27. They remain committed to volume-led growth and investing for sustained future success.
