    Sadhav Shipping secured approval for a preferential issue. It will allot 19.49 lakh equity shares at Rs. 118 each to non-promoters, raising ~Rs. 23.00 Cr. Also, 2.54 lakh warrants at Rs. 118 each will be issued to promoters, potentially adding ~Rs. 3.00 Cr. This strengthens the capital base.
