Simplex Realty Limited's board has approved its financial results for the quarter and nine months. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for the quarter stood at 59.11 Cr, with a profit of 11.70 Cr. The company added 96 clients in the US and 37 in Europe. Its Izomotion order book reached 50 Cr. Simplex also collected 0.81 Cr from image copyright infringement charges. Employee stock option plan expenses of 3.54 Cr impacted profits. These results were reviewed and endorsed by the Audit Committee.
