Bharat Forge's Q3 FY26 standalone revenue grew 7% sequentially to Rs 2,083.7 Cr, with EBITDA up 4.6% to Rs 569.4 Cr (27.3% margin). Domestic auto and defence execution fueled this despite North American CV de-stocking impacting overall performance. Export revenues saw a 3% sequential dip.

Strategic focus includes leveraging the significant Rs 11,130 Cr defence order book, particularly with the new CQB Carbine contract. Efforts are also underway to improve profitability at K-Drive Mobility and optimize European steel manufacturing.

The company secured new orders worth Rs 2,388 Cr in Q3, with Rs 1,878 Cr from defence. Subsidiary JS Autocast reported strong revenue (Rs 203 Cr) and EBITDA (Rs 32 Cr) with 22% and 39% YoY jumps, respectively.

Management states "the worst is behind us," anticipating high double-digit top-line growth and improved profitability for Q4 FY26 and FY27, driven by strong domestic and export markets and ATAGS execution from H2 FY27. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 4,342.8 Cr and EBITDA at Rs 750.2 Cr.
