India’s leading kitchen

appliances manufacturer,

has reported a steady

performance for the third

quarter and nine months

ended December 31, 2025.

The company posted a

revenue of Rs. 245 crore

in Q3 FY26, registering

a year-on-year growth of

3 per cent, while revenue

for the nine-month period

stood at Rs. 725 crore.

EBITDA for the quarter

increased by 17 per cent

year-on-year to Rs. 20

crore, with the EBITDA

margin expanding by

100 basis points to 8.2

per cent. Profit after

tax (PAT), excluding

exceptional items, rose by

44 per cent year-on-year

to Rs. 12 crore.

During the quarter,

cookers and gas stoves

emerged as key growth

drivers. The company

strengthened its premium

portfolio with the launch

of the Idea First Series,

supported by a high-impact

360-degree marketing

campaign. Improved in-

store visibility, consumer

activation programmes,

and a sharper focus on

large-format retail stores

contributed to better

retail momentum and

an improved premium

product mix.

Material margin for the

quarter improved by 300

basis points year-on-year

to 38.8 per cent, driven

by pricing initiatives and

favourable product mix.
